12 Hyundai Mobikorea vehicles will be responsible for transporting the organisation, authorities, sponsors, media and race services this Sunday at the Gran Premio Castellón – Ruta de la Cerámica. A large deployment that includes 5 vehicles with panoramic roofs, to allow the technical jury to work during the competition.
This afternoon, the director of the organisation, José Cabedo, attended the event where the official drivers received the Hyundai vehicles. The Mobikorea dealership in Castellón had everything ready with the presence of the sales manager, Carlos Algora, who posed at the moment of delivery.
The Gran Premio Castellón – Ruta de la Cerámica will tour the province on Sunday 21 January with a peloton of more than 130 cyclists including 19 teams. Invited are teams such as UAE Team Emirates, the best team in the world, and Movistar Team, the only Spanish team in the top WorldTeam category.
On the 173-kilometre route, the cyclists will leave Castellón at 13h, cross Vall d'Alba twice, L'Alcora, the Sichar reservoir and arrive at Onda in a first pass. The climb to the Collado de Ayódar remains, which seems decisive before the finish at the Tile Museum of the town.
The event will be broadcast live on television and the attendance of provincial authorities is expected, with the essential support of the Castellón Provincial Council.
